Achja... ich bin ein Freund von "Fundstellen"
LSTR 2008 9.5 (2) "...Wird dem Arbeitnehmer f�r die Ausw�rtst�tigkeit ein Kraftfahrzeug zur Verf�gung gestellt, d�rfen die pauschalen Kilometers�tze nicht steuerfrei erstattet werden." (Und wenn nicht steuerfrei erstattet werden darf, darf man auch nicht als WK abziehen...) |
