hallo td,
jaja, das wird dann unter "führt zu offensichtlich unzutreffender besteuerung" abgetan. ist ja auch richtig, aber da muss das finanzamt erstmal auf den trichter kommen. grundsätzlich gilt für die verwaltung: die 30ct sind anwendbar, wenn aufwendungen getätigt wurden. die argumentationslast gegen 30ct ist somit auf die verwaltung verlagert. gruß, showbee |
